You are invited to an exclusive online event with acclaimed author and USask alumnus Anthony Bidulka (BA’83, BComm’91, BEd’91) as he discusses his award-winning, Saskatchewan-set novel, Going to Beautiful.

Winner of the 2023 IPPY Award and Crime Writers of Canada Best Crime Novel, Going to Beautiful is Bidulka’s “love letter to life on the prairies.” The story follows an international chef whose perfect life shatters after a tragic accident. Seeking recovery, he ends up in a mysterious prairie town where nothing is as it seems.

This event is free to attend. We encourage you to read the book in advance. It is available from major retailers and public libraries.

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the event link and details. The first 35 registered alumni will receive a special Saskatchewan-themed gift from USask Alumni and a signed copy of another Anthony Bidulka novel.
